SSH:Chicago has one 2D printer for member use.

HP LaserJet 5MP

The HP LaserJet 5MP is fully functional, though it does have some print issues due to a worn out drum.

Using the LaserJet 5MP

The printer is attached to a server named "monkey.sshchicago.org." It's presented using IPP via CUPS.

Full path, for clients that speak IPP, is: http://monkey.sshchicago.org:631/printers/HP_LaserJet_5MP

OS X

The printer is shared and announced using Bonjour. Add a printer while connected to our network, and you should see it announced.

iOS

The printer is attached to a CUPS server that speaks AirPrint. Print something, and it should appear in your list of available printers.

Windows

If you use Windows, and you have successfully printed to this system, please fill out this section!

Linux

If you use Linux, and have successfully printed to this system, please fill out this section!
