Background

The board members of South Side Hackerspace: Chicago have been using lastpass somewhat unofficially to keep track of credentials related to running the space. Currently all board members use one account and see all passwords and can't add any because the actual current list of passwords is owned by the lastpass premium account of a former board member. The whole thing is a mess. I'd like to get a proper lastpass teams account, which would allow each board member to have their own login, and make things easier to manage, especially with regards to transitions after a board election.

Pricing for LastPass Teams runs $2.42/team member/month, and we get a 30% discount for our non-profit status. For 7 board members, this should work out to $142.30 annually.

However, I'd like to ask for up to $200 annually, because it's a nice round number, and will allow us flexibility in the future to add users to our team without calling a new vote.
