Tech Checklist for New Members

New members should have the following completed:

Enrolled in our LDAP database at https://auth.sshchicago.org
- Email login information to user
- (TODO) Fill in metadata for the sshChicagoPerson ObjectClass (https://github.com/sshchicago/LDAP-conf/blob/master/LDIFs/sshChicagoPersonClass.ldif) - This depends on writing an interface for it. :)
