Past and future roadmap milestones required for our progress
Start a list
Cross off at least one list item
Form hackerspace group (DONE March 7, 2012)
Obtain a space (DONE November 21, 2012) Negotiate agreement for a space with Red Moon Theater
Prepare Space and Organization for prime time (Projected Spring 2013)
- Outfit the space - See Wishlist
- Raise ~3-6 months of savings by charging membership
- Raise money to cover start-up budget through fundraising
Create new mailing lists, one for the general public and at least one internal one for members only.
- Retire the current southsidehackers@googlegroups.com, or recycle it as the public list
- Option - a separate mailing list for the Board a la PS1
