Stuff that has to get done for this hackerspace to happen.
Raise Money
We're currently collecting nominal dues and running fundraisers. We're going to need a cushion of about 3 months' expenses as a 'rainy day fund.'
Find a Space (DONE)
This is where we use the money our nonprofit has to lease a space and get some motherfuggin insurance.
At this point, priorities shift to infrastructure for the space/member recruitment.
Space obtained, now focusing on getting enough members and fixing it up.

- appropriate zoning (C1? C2? must research)
- every member has a key and 24 hour access, and the landlord is cool with that
