A press kit is a pre-packaged set of materials for promotional use. This page tracks our progress toward having one as well as a "expo booth in a box" set of materials to help us be more presentable at expo style events.
Rough list of things we should have and the state they are in:
- Business cards - update design to fit current logo, make it easier for members to customize, give it maker/hacker flare
- Stickers - current stickers from Stickermule are good; print new batch or make a clever update once we run out
- Buttons - consider making our own buttons so that we are not relying on Willow or paying Busy Beaver for them
- Table cloth with logo - need to make a nice quality one using the vinyl cutter
- Flag and/or banner with logo - need to make a nice quality one using the vinyl cutter
- Cheat sheet of facts for presenters
- Hangout flyers with facts
- Show and tell items such as photos
- Custom Hackerspace Passport stamp
