1. Cut insulation to 8' lengths

2. Install insulation

    • cut insulation away from outlets 3"

3. Install resilient channel

    • horizontally along the ground, open edge up
    • horizontally every 2' above that
    • 5 layers of channel total, at 0', 2', 4', 6', and 8'

4. Attach drywall to channel

5. Mud drywall
