  • bathroom
  • 24HR access - This will either be physical keys for every member or [a computer-assisted doorlock system](http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Doorlock). One potential future member has the desire to develop a RFID/NFC implementation. - Dmitriy
  • running water/sink
  • refrigerator
  • kitchen (or hook-up for gas/water/electricity to build a kitchen later)
  • shower
  • natural light
  • at least two separate spaces rooms (so, for instance, some can work while a class is going on)
  • eyewash station
  • fire extinguishers like crazy
  • lockers that hold a reprap
  • desk space desk space desk space
  • couches, tables, "hacker" magazines for loungin'
