Our current target space is Mana Studios at 2233 S. Throop St. We have our eye on a roughly 950sqft rectangular unit on one of the upper floors. The space itself features HVAC, fire suppression sprinklers, plenty of outlets and large windows. The building has bathrooms & slop sinks throughout, a freight elevator, a loading dock, and can be accessed using RFID keyfobs. Rent is roughly $1/sqft and includes electricity and heating/cooling. We will be able to get a separate contract for internet as Comcast is bringing fiber to the building. Insurance is required as part of the rental agreement.
