The Board may, at its direction, grant Emeritus status to an individual who is leaving the Membership. This status permits the individual to retain Southside Sidekick benefits without paying Membership Dues. It is stipulated that an individual with Emeritus status shall not physically participate in the Organization and that their continued participation is not a detriment to the Organization. Emeritus status may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Board or vote of the Membership.
